Agreement to terms
By using this website or engaging JC Bookkeeping Services for bookkeeping support, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services. These terms apply to the website at https://www.jcbookkeeper.com and all bookkeeping services provided by Juli Conley under the JC Bookkeeping Services name.
Services provided
JC Bookkeeping Services provides bookkeeping, transaction categorization, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, payroll coordination support, QuickBooks organization, and related bookkeeping services for small businesses. These services are administrative and organizational in nature. We do not provide tax advice, legal advice, accounting opinions, or financial planning services. For tax or legal matters, consult a licensed CPA or attorney.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete financial records, bank statements, receipts, and other documentation needed to perform bookkeeping work. JC Bookkeeping Services is not responsible for errors that result from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.
Confidentiality
We treat all client financial information as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to perform the services you have engaged us to provide.
Payment terms
Service fees and payment terms are established in the written agreement or proposal provided before work begins. Invoices are due as specified in that agreement. JC Bookkeeping Services reserves the right to pause or discontinue services for accounts with overdue balances.
Limitation of liability
JC Bookkeeping Services provides bookkeeping support based on the records and information you provide. We are not liable for financial decisions made based on the reports or records we maintain on your behalf, for errors caused by inaccurate information you supply, or for losses arising from events outside the scope of bookkeeping services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees paid for the specific service period in question.
No warranty
This website and its content are provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of general information on this site. Website availability is not guaranteed.
Termination
Either party may end a service engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, we will provide you with your organized bookkeeping records in a reasonable format.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Hamblen County, Tennessee.
